When it comes to getting fit, finding the right exercise ball is key. But with so many different types and brands on the market, how can you be sure you’re making the best purchase for your needs?

Here are five of the best exercise balls for women, based on our experts’ recommendations. Let’s get started!

Benefits Of Using an Exercise Ball in Your Workout Routine

The benefits of using an exercise ball go beyond your workout, and allow you to keep your body healthy.

There are many benefits to including an exercise ball into your exercise routine. It can improve your health and posture as well as improve your core strength!

Another benefit that I personally found was that using an exercise ball helped build core stability in my abdominal muscles. What this did for me, was that since I work long hours at a desk, I started having less lower back pain.

A stronger core leads to a healthier body all around.

The 5 Best Exercise Balls for Women

1. SmarterLife Exercise Ball

By far, my number one choice is the SmarterLife Exercise Ball.

When using this ball I am able to easily target my core and get a long workout without all the normal issues I usually run into.

With most exercise balls, I worry about it popping or losing its shape after a few workouts, however, the PVC casing around the ball prevented that, and allowed me to focus on my workout while keeping the ball in one spot.

Another plus I love is that the SmarterLife Exercise Ball came with its own pump, and 10 different colors, and four sizes which allowed me to customize it with my other workout products.

(I chose turquoise for mine :)).

2. Pro Max Series Exercise Ball

If you’re looking for stability the Pro Max Series Exercise Ball is your choice.

With an anti-bust rating of 2,500 pounds I am not worried about it popping while I perform some advanced exercises.

I really like this exercise ball because it felt smooth in my hands and the thick casing prevented any air from escaping.

Another plus is that it comes with a pump, measuring tape, a downloadable workout guide and a free downloadable E-Book called “The 7 Secrets to Your Ideal Body” which I found both informative and helpful.

I also love that, like with the previous exercise ball, it came in various sizes and gave me many colors to choose from.

Overall this ball was a close second, but could have easily been placed at #1.

3. Emoly Exercise Ball

If you’re looking to add an exercise ball to your routine, but money is a bit tight, you might want to check out the Emoly Exercise Ball.

I like this ball because of its inexpensiveness and simplicity.

It reminded me of the standard exercise balls I would find in most gyms, and I am able to perform most of my exercises while sitting on it.

Occasionally, it wanders away from me, but I am always able to recover it quickly.

Unfortunately, the Emoly Exercise Ball only came in one size and four color variations making it less customizable than the others.

4. Champya Exercise Ball

If resistance exercises are more your speed, the Champya Exercise Ball has you covered.

Focusing more on resistance exercises than core exercises, I found the Champya Exercise Ball to be a nice addition to my workout equipment.

It is a bit pricier, coming in at $70, but comes with a bar, and resistance bands that hook right into the exercise ball.

The Champya Exercise Ball came in only two separate color variations and one size which left me wanting a bit more.

Overall, the exercise ball is fantastic at providing resistance exercises, but I felt lacking when it came to my core.

5. Tomshoo Exercise Ball

Another budget friendly exercise ball I liked was the Tomshoo Exercise Ball.

It is simple and allows me to get my basic core workouts in.

With a weight capacity of only 330 pounds, I was afraid to let my boyfriend use it for fear of popping when performing advanced exercises.

The Tomshoo exercise ball came in five different color variations and four different sizes, which was nice, but I’m using this exercise ball as my backup in case something happens to my regular one.

Ball It Up!

So, whether you’re a beginner or a pro, there’s an exercise ball out there that will work for you.

They’re perfect for toning your core and improving your balance – both essential skills for everyday life.

The SmarterLife Exercise Ball is my top pick – it comes with everything you need to get started and is made from durable materials.

But don’t just take my word for it – try one of our favorite exercise balls and let the world know what you think.
